“ Ophelia “

Following the success of my first collaboration with KOI Footwear, I designed a second Mary Jane style inspired by John Everett Millais’ Ophelia. Drawing on the painting’s haunting beauty and botanical symbolism, the design channels the delicate, tragic nature of Ophelia’s story through subtle detailing and a romantic, melancholic palette. Like its predecessor, the Ophelia edition sold out shortly after release and has been restocked multiple times due to continued demand. This collaboration allowed me to explore the intersection of wearable design and visual narrative, bringing Pre-Raphaelite art into a modern, fashion-forward context.
